Bone Tired

It is 11:30 and, like usual, I meant to go to bed an hour ago. Joel and Marissa are at Kroger picking up essentials: formula, steak for tomorrow night's dinner, bottled water, etc. I am trying to clear out the dining room so that HL & Company will have easy access to the ceiling. I'm so excited to have a functional kids' bathroom again! The boys have missed their big bathtub. I don't know what has happened to us getting around to finishing the painting. I guess that we have been sidetracked by the paint stripping.

Joel and I watched a news segment last night that said that replacing the siding on your house and renovating your bathroom were the top two things that you can do to your house that will increase the value of your house more than the money you put into the renovation itself. For everything else, you'd probably lose money.

Okay...my eyes are forcing themselves closed. Must...get...up....Must...finishing moving...dining chairs...
